Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support in creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and maintaining recruitment databases.
- Help in conducting initial HR rounds and assessments when required.
- Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system.
- Assist in onboarding activities and documentation of selected candidates.
- Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for improving hiring processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
