Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support in creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and maintaining recruitment databases.
  • Help in conducting initial HR rounds and assessments when required.
  • Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in onboarding activities and documentation of selected candidates.
  • Participate in HR team meetings and contribute ideas for improving hiring processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
