Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri , Apna App , Job Hai, and other job portals.
  • Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets.
  • Draft and send offer letters, internship letters, and onboarding documents.
  • Support in new hire orientation and joining formalities.
  • Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports / delegation sheets.
  • Assist in campus hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and internal referral programs.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking candidate data.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
