Hiring for HR Intern – Recruitment (IT Service based company)

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Job Type: Internship (Full-time, Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various IT roles (Developers, Designers, SEO, BDE, etc.)
• Learn to use LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals for candidate search and job postings
• Support the team in screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview updates
• Help maintain recruitment data and records
• Contribute to other HR activities as and when required

Requirements:

• Completed BCA / MCA / B.Tech (IT) / MBA (HR)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active, confident, and able to work under pressure
• Basic understanding of recruitment and interest in HR operations
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
