Qualification: BBA, MBA, Preferred / Any Graduate.

Skills:

Good communication, human resource management, end to end recruitment life cycle.

Responsibility:

• Cold-calling and assisting in recruitment activities
• Support day-to-day HR operations
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Post jobs and source candidates through online platforms
• Draft and send recruiting emails to potential candidates
• Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person)
• Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers
• Send offer letters and handle candidate queries
• Track key HR metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire
