Role: HR Intern

Responsibilities: Recruitment + Operations

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Follow the existing recruitment process
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates with help of provided screening document (via phone, in-person, online mode)
  • Maintain Records

Required skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer knowledge
  • Experience with MS Excel, Word and google sheets, docs, etc.
