Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Support — Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates across departments.
  • HR Operations — Support daily HR activities such as maintaining employee records, documentation, and attendance tracking.
  • Onboarding & Orientation — Help organize smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
  • Employee Engagement — Contribute creative ideas for team activities, events, and recognition programs to boost morale and culture.
  • Learning & Development — Assist in coordinating internal training sessions and collecting feedback from participants.
  • HR Communication — Draft professional emails, announcements, and policy updates for internal communication.
  • Performance & Feedback Tracking — Support data collection and report preparation related to intern and employee performance.
  • Social Media & Branding — Assist in building the company’s employer brand through recruitment posts, events, and culture highlights.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (HR, Management, or related field preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn HR practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with online collaboration tools.
  • Positive attitude, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Self-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Work Experience

  • Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Prior internship or exposure to recruitment, HR operations, or people management is a plus.
