Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support daily HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in Human Resources and gain practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in hiring: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Help with new joiner onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain attendance, payroll, and leave records.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Support general HR administrative work and data management.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
