Responsibilities:

• Job Postings on different platforms (Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks) & Assist in helping new hires.
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Handle project management and employee relations within the human resources department.
• Work closely with the human resources manager.
• Give prospective employees a job overview.
• Work for employee development.
• Confirm interviews with prospective candidates.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Assist with personnel administration, employee information, and employment applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources management.
• Previous experience in Human Resources apprenticeship.
• Must be enthusiastic and have good English communication skills (oral and written).
• Should be able to follow office company working hours.
• Self-starter and not afraid of taking the initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
