Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and employee records.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for internship and full-time hiring requirements.
  • Assist in drafting HR communications, offer letters, and internship agreements.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR operations.
  • Help in organizing training sessions, events, and internal communication drives.
  • Support HR compliance, attendance tracking, and documentation activities.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and people management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools or ATS (Zoho Recruit, Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, confidentiality, and willingness to learn.
