Hiring HR Intern

Location-Baner,Pune

first 2 months unpaid, post that 10K every month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Help coordinate HR events and engagement activities
  • Assist in drafting HR documents like offer letters, NDAs, and internship agreements
  • Support performance management and feedback processes
  • Contribute to HR reporting and analytics
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team environment
