Responsibilities:**

* Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

* Help onboard new hires and freelance linguists

* Maintain and organize HR documentation

* Support internal communication and employee engagement

* Contribute to HR policies, feedback mechanisms, and team-building initiatives

Requirements:

* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Interest in HR processes and company culture

* Proactive, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
