Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to join our team for a 3-4 month internship. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement within a professional tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR documents, employee records, and databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
• Help with HR policy documentation and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn and take initiative.
