BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & RECRUITMENT

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment support: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with candidate communication.
  • Administrative tasks: Update and maintain employee records and databases, file documents, and handle general HR-related inquiries.
  • Onboarding and offboarding: Help coordinate new hire orientations and gather necessary information for onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Payroll and benefits: Assist in collecting and verifying payroll data and support the administration of employee benefits.
  • HR projects and events: Help organize employee events, assist in drafting HR documents or communications, and support HR projects.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and help maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
