Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with our HR and operations team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and various HR processes. This internship will give you hands-on experience in managing people operations in a fast-paced, AI-driven fashion startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings and screening applicants.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation.
  • Help organize employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Support internal communication and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in performance tracking and feedback collection.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment and HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
  • Good at multitasking and working in a team.
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, or HR software (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Interest in startups, AI, and fashion is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,141.23 per month
