We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR Intern to join our team! This role offers hands-on exposure to three core HR areas – Employee Engagement, Recruitment and HR Operations.

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations and contests across locations.

Support internal communication drives newsletters, recognition posts, and engagement reports.

Gather employee feedback and contribute ideas to improve culture and team bonding.

Coordinate logistics for in-office events.

Support the hiring process by sourcing candidates via job boards and LinkedIn.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update the recruitment tracker.

Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial HR conversations where required.

Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.

Maintain employee databases, records, and documentation.

Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and HRMS updates.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives in HR operations.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Energetic, organized and detail-oriented.

Eager to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Hands-on exposure to multiple verticals within HR.
