Sourcing & Screening
We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our recruitment and hiring activities. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about HR, has strong communication skills, and is eager to learn how end-to-end hiring works in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic / video screening to assess communication skills, fitment, and interest.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Share interview invites, meeting links, and reminders with all stakeholders.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback.
Candidate Engagement
- Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Answer candidate queries about role, company, and interview process.
- Support in creating a positive candidate experience.
Job Posting & Documentation
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, company website).
- Update and maintain candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, joining documents, and onboarding checklists.
HR Support
- Support HR team in onboarding new joiners (documentation, orientation coordination, etc.).
- Assist in organizing HR initiatives such as induction, engagement activities, and basic HR operations, as required.
- Provide administrative support to HR team on day-to-day tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, Psychology, Commerce or related field (pursuing or recently completed).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with candidates over phone and video.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts (internship/academic exposure preferred).
- Good MS Office / Google Workspace skills (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet timelines.
