Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles across domains.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding their interview status and documentation.
  • Support HR team in daily operational tasks and special hiring drives.
  • Ensure timely communication and smooth candidate experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate/Postgraduate pursuing or completed (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
