HR Intern

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition.

This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, candidate coordination, database management, onboarding, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions: sourcing, screening, and initial shortlisting.
Reach out to candidates through calls, emails, and screening forms.
Maintain and update candidate data in Google Sheets/Excel with status tracking.
Schedule introductory calls and interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until joining.
Support documentation collection (KYC, experience letters, salary slips, etc.).
Help in preparing hiring reports, trackers, and basic HR documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
Assist HR in employee engagement activities and daily operational tasks.
Collaborate closely with the HR team to improve recruitment workflows.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a confident and approachable personality.
Extroverted and comfortable interacting with candidates regularly.
Good organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms).
Understanding of recruitment processes is an added advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Quick learner, proactive, and career-focused with a positive attitude.
Familiarity with AI tools for drafting and communication is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
