Job Role: HR Intern (Real Estate Company)1. Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Assist in sourcing candidates for sales, site staff, engineering, admin, and marketing roles.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with HODs.
  • Coordinate walk-ins, site interviews, and maintain candidate tracking sheets.
  • Help with onboarding formalities — document collection, joining kit, ID card data, induction schedule, etc.

2. HR Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, attendance sheets, and leave registers.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, warning letters, and exit documents.
  • Support HR in updating policies, SOPs, grooming manuals, and compliance documentation.

3. Employee Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding routine queries on leave, attendance, dress code, and basic HR rules.
  • Support team-building activities, birthday celebrations, festival events, and internal communication.

4. Training & Development Support

  • Help coordinate external or internal training sessions for sales team, site engineers, CRM, admin, etc.
  • Manage attendance, collect feedback forms, maintain training reports.

5. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor daily IN/OUT reports from biometric/attendance systems.
  • Assist in preparing monthly attendance summaries for payroll processing.
  • Track CL, SL, PL, and ensure leave forms are signed by HODs before approval.

6. HR Operations & Admin Tasks

  • Coordinate with vendors for stationery, ID cards, uniforms, etc.
  • Support in HR audits, site visits, and internal inspections.
  • Draft notices, HR messages, and communication for WhatsApp groups or internal boards.

7. Performance & Discipline Monitoring

  • Assist HR in maintaining discipline logs, late reports, and behavior-related records.
  • Support in issuing reminders, memos, and follow-up on policy violations.

8. Event & Culture Building

  • Help organize real-estate-centric events like project launches, customer meets, Channel Partner meets, and site events.
  • Work with HR to create a positive work environment aligned with the company culture.

9. Exit Process Support

  • Assist in conducting exit interviews and document collection.
  • Ensure proper handover and clearance process.

10. Reporting & MIS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
