Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities such as team-building events, birthday/anniversary celebrations, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and internal communications.
  • Help create engaging content for internal newsletters, HR announcements, and company-wide updates.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and internal meetings, ensuring timely communication and logistics.
  • Assist with policy updates, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Provide support in conducting employee surveys, gathering feedback, and analyzing results to improve engagement and satisfaction.
  • Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Eagerness to learn, contribute, and be part of a dynamic HR team.
