About the Internship Program:

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting our operations team. You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data and attend meetings where you will be asked to take minutes.

To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to help with any tasks assigned by a supervisor. You will be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with the current goals of the operations team.

Intern’s day to day responsibilities:

• Fulfil tasks set out by senior team members from the assigned Team.
• Meeting scheduling and followups
• Editing and sending Client documents in a timely manner.
• Help the operations team to improve their processes even further or support the team in their day to day activities (For example Interns assigned to the HR team can help and give suggestions to improve or support processes such as talent attraction, talent sourcing etc.)
• Research about areas of improvement in the team and suggest implementable and realistic solutions to the company.

Ideal Intern’s Requirements:

• Should be pursuing or completed a management degree.
• Eager to learn and partner with various teams in the company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google’s Office suite.
• Ability to multitask.
• Copes well under pressure.

Duration: 8 weeks

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 12 weeks

Pay: QAR150.00 - QAR200.00 per month
