Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement programs.
- Assist in HR policy development and implementation.
- Liaise with government authorities for visa processing, renewals, and other HR-related documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably within Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
