Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.
  • Support performance management, training, and employee engagement programs.
  • Assist in HR policy development and implementation.
  • Liaise with government authorities for visa processing, renewals, and other HR-related documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably within Qatar.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
