Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Rawalpindi (Full-Time, On-Site)
Internship Type: Paid Internship (Leading to Job)
Eligibility: Only graduates may apply — students are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
  • Support HR team with onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and HR activities.
  • Handle basic HR queries and provide administrative support.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR-related material.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (students are not eligible).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and office operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Rawalpindi.
