Role Overview

You’ll design and lead systems that attract top talent, grow internal leaders, and keep teams inspired, accountable, and aligned with company goals. This includes:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Build pipelines, lead interviews, and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Performance & Growth: Oversee goal-setting, appraisals, and learning programs that raise standards.
• Culture & Engagement: Shape an inclusive, high-performance environment where creativity and discipline coexist.
• Leadership Development: Coach managers and create pathways for future leaders across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Establish performance frameworks, KPIs, and training programs.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and policy compliance.
• Maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and quarterly reports for management.

Requirements

Education: Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development (MBA-HR preferred).

Experience: 5–10 years in HR, with at least 3 in a senior or director-level role; experience in education, creative, or tech setups preferred.

Skills: Strategic planning, leadership, HR analytics, strong communication, policy design, and people management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
