Location: BTM Stage 2, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time (Internship)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month

Work Mode: On-site (Food provided inside the company)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews.

Maintain employee records and databases.

Support onboarding and induction processes.

Help in employee engagement activities and HR documentation.

Work closely with the HR team on daily operational tasks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation (Any specialization).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Eager to learn and take initiative.

Basic understanding of HR concepts is a plus.

Ability to work full-time from the office.
