Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements for open positions.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates, review resumes, and conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and managing HR databases.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
- Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates' qualifications for specific IT positions.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
