Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. Duties
As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with employee evaluation processes and providing feedback on performance metrics.
• Participating in employee orientation sessions to help onboard new hires effectively.
• Supporting HR sourcing efforts by identifying potential candidates through various channels.
• Assisting with workers' compensation claims and ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
• Contributing to affirmative action planning initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Helping with organization design projects by analyzing team structures and workflows.
• Aiding in training development programs by gathering materials and coordinating logistics.
• Utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Lever, and Paylocity for managing HR processes and data.

Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills or experiences:

• Familiarity with employee evaluation methods and performance management systems.
• Understanding of employee orientation best practices and onboarding procedures.
• Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques for talent acquisition.
• Basic understanding of workers' compensation processes and regulations.
• Exposure to affirmative action planning concepts and compliance requirements.
• Experience or coursework related to organization design principles.
• Interest in training development methodologies and program implementation.
• Proficiency in using software tools such as Salesforce, Lever, or Paylocity is a plus.
