Kalkine Solutions is hiring for HR Executive || immediate joiner

Role & Responsibility

• End to end Recruitment
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a good fit between candidates and roles.
• Writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract candidates.
• Conducting background checks and verifying references
• Maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

Desired Candidate

• Must be possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Experienced of minimum of 1 year into BPO hiring
• Well versed in using job portals

Qualification- MBA- HR/equivalent degree

Stipend- 10,000- 15,000

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
