- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings on various platforms.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support in preparing recruitment reports and tracking application statuses.
- Assist with candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; MBA graduates are welcome.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Discreet with confidential information.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
