Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining hiring trackers.
  • Support onboarding, induction, documentation, and HR operations activities.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, HR MIS, and assist in payroll coordination.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees for HR queries, engagement activities, and grievance handling.
  • Partner with managers to understand manpower needs and support performance management processes.
  • Assist in process improvements, policy implementation, and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare reports, maintain databases, and support daily HR & operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and HR policies.
  • Good MS Excel and data-handling ability.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment.
