About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions and contribute to daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Support onboarding and documentation of new employees.
- Maintain HR databases, employee records, and attendance.
- Assist in drafting JD, offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Support HR team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Help with performance tracking and HR reporting as required.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment process.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good organizational skills.
