About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions and contribute to daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding and documentation of new employees.
  • Maintain HR databases, employee records, and attendance.
  • Assist in drafting JD, offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Support HR team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Help with performance tracking and HR reporting as required.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good organizational skills.
