Job Description : HR Intern (Recruitment & HR Operations)

Position: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources

Location: Euro International School, Sikar

Duration: 6 Months

Role Summary

We are looking for an HR Intern who will primarily support the end-to-end recruitment process, maintain data and tracking sheets accurately, and work with HR tools to ensure smooth hiring operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn modern HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support

Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct initial HR screening calls as needed.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

2. Data & Sheet Management

Update and maintain recruitment tracking sheets (pipeline, interview status, offers, etc.).

Ensure accuracy of data in Google Sheets.

Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

Organize candidate information and documentation systematically.

3. HR Tools & Systems

Work with HR tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and job portals.

Update candidate statuses in tools regularly.

Assist in improving existing templates, trackers, and documentation.

4. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate between hiring managers and candidates for interviews and assessments.

Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Support onboarding documentation when required.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

B. Tech from Reputed College or Degree in HR/Business Administration from reputed college.

Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Proficiency in Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, formatting).

Familiarity with HR tools, job portals, or ATS (basic level acceptable).

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

- Preferred Skills

Experience handling recruitment or internship in HR (not mandatory).

Knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing or resume screening techniques.

Ability to learn new tools quickly.

Hands-on experience with HR tools and data management.

Skills in communication, candidate handling, and HR reporting.

Understanding of hiring operations and HR best practices.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
