We looking for a Female HR Intern for a period of 3 months.

Note: Post completion of Internship & based on her performance, she will be considered as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Post jobs, screen applications, conduct initial interviews, schedule further rounds, send offers/rejections.
  • Onboarding & Documentation: Prepare onboarding paperwork, update employee records, manage databases.
  • Employee Relation: Address employee queries, assist with internal communications.
  • HR Operations: Support in attendance & payroll, ensure policy compliance, helping Manager to execute day-to-day HR related activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: MBA with HR specialization (2024/2025 passout)
  • Skills: Good communication skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
