Job Overview:
As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team in a variety of tasks, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and policy implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist with posting job ads on job boards and the company website.
- Screen resumes and applications.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
- Help with on boarding and new hire orientations.
- Employee Engagement:
- Support HR in organising employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in the planning and execution of wellness programs.
- Maintain employee engagement data and assist with feedback surveys.
- HR Administration:
- Assist with employee record keeping and HR documentation.
- Maintain HR databases (e.g., time-off tracking, personal files, etc.).
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Support HR team with maintaining compliance with labour laws.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed.
- General HR Support:
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related questions.
- Assist in creating HR-related communications and newsletters.
- Perform other ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in developing a career in HR.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
