Role Overview

As an HR Intern at Luxora, you’ll support the core people operations that keep the company running smoothly. You’ll handle hiring pipelines, manage candidate communication, assist with onboarding, help maintain HR documentation, and work closely with the founders and HR lead to keep workflows tight and organized.
This role needs someone proactive, structured, and genuinely good with people.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end hiring coordination — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups

· Maintain candidate data, interview notes, and hiring pipelines with zero misses

· Assist with onboarding new hires: documentation, orientation, role setup

· Support daily HR operations like attendance, database updates, and compliance files

· Draft JD’s, internship agreements, and internal communication notes

· Coordinate with team leads for role requirements and status updates

· Help plan internal events, employee check-ins, and engagement activities

· Ensure professionalism, speed, and clarity in every interaction

· Work closely with the founder office for people-ops alignment

Required Qualifications

· Recent graduate or final-year student in HR/Business/related field

· Strong communication skills (written + verbal)

· Solid organizational and multitasking ability

· Comfortable with tools (Sheets, Docs, basic ATS/CRM systems)

· Good people skills and a high level of professionalism

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

· Based in Pune or willing to relocate
