We are looking for a proactive, organised, and people-oriented HR Intern to support our human resources operations at Inkcast Innovations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn end-to-end HR processes, talent acquisition, and employee engagement in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Support onboarding and documentation processes for new joiners.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and managing job portals.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR activities.
- Help manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR operations.
- Assist in organising training sessions, meetings, and HR-related events.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices is a plus.
- Comfortable using MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a dynamic environment.
