As an MBA HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including:
- Assisting with recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews)
- Supporting onboarding and induction processes
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Assisting in performance management and appraisal processes
- Coordinating employee engagement programs and events
- Helping with HR analytics, surveys, and reports
- Supporting policy drafting and HR process improvements
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA/Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of HR concepts and practices
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must bring your own laptop during the internship
