As an MBA HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including:

  • Assisting with recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews)
  • Supporting onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
  • Assisting in performance management and appraisal processes
  • Coordinating employee engagement programs and events
  • Helping with HR analytics, surveys, and reports
  • Supporting policy drafting and HR process improvements
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed an MBA/Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of HR concepts and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must bring your own laptop during the internship

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹3,000.00 per month
