ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, development, and offboarding.
· Manage performance management systems, including feedback, evaluations, and promotions.
· Drive initiatives that promote a positive company culture and support employee well-being.
· Organize company events, team-building activities, and initiatives that foster collaboration.
· Support conflict resolution and foster open communication between employees and management.
· Coordinate employee training and development programs to support professional growth.
· Promote a culture of continuous learning and career progression.
· Provide regular reports to senior management regarding employee performance, engagement, retention, and other relevant data.
· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for HR initiatives such as HRIS implementation, employee surveys, or new training programs.
· Track and manage project deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
