Key Responsibilities
Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and assist with background checks.
Update HR databases, maintain employee files, and assist with new hire onboarding/offboarding.
Handle general office tasks, prepare documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and manage HR records.
Collect and verify data for payroll and benefits administration.
Help organize HR events, training, and communication.
Assist in researching HR best practices, labor laws, and company policies.
