HR InternRoles & Responsibilities:

· Assist in end-to-end recruitment (screening, shortlisting, scheduling)

· Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes

· Maintain employee records and HR documentation

· Support employee engagement and training initiatives

· Assist in drafting job descriptions and HR policies

· Work on HR analytics and reporting using Excel

· Support performance management processes

· Learn compliance and HR operations fundamentals

Technical Skills Exposure:

Recruitment Tools, HR Operations, Excel & Reporting, Interview Coordination, HR Policies

Internship Duration: 4 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month (based on performance & role)

Mode: On-site
