Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and assist with background checks.
- Employee Data: Update HR databases, maintain employee files, and assist with new hire onboarding/offboarding.
- Administration: Handle general office tasks, prepare documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and manage HR records.
- Payroll & Benefits: Collect and verify data for payroll and benefits administration.
- Employee Engagement: Help organize HR events, training, and communication.
- Compliance: Assist in researching HR best practices, labor laws, and company policies.
Typical Requirements & Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
