Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and assist with background checks.
  • Employee Data: Update HR databases, maintain employee files, and assist with new hire onboarding/offboarding.
  • Administration: Handle general office tasks, prepare documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and manage HR records.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Collect and verify data for payroll and benefits administration.
  • Employee Engagement: Help organize HR events, training, and communication.
  • Compliance: Assist in researching HR best practices, labor laws, and company policies.

Typical Requirements & Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
