Full job description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction formalities.
  • Maintain HR records, employee database, and support daily HR operations.
  • Support training and development activities.
  • Help handle employee queries, policies, and HR procedures.

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
