Key Responsibilities-

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and internship letters.
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new interns/employees.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities, events, and workshops.
  • Support HR in day-to-day tasks such as attendance tracking, documentation, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with colleges and institutions for internship drives and recruitment activities.
  • Research and suggest improvements in HR policies and processes.

Requirements-

  • Fresh graduates / final-year students (BBA, MBA – HR, B.Com, BA, or equivalent).
  • Strong interest in HR and people management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
