Key Responsibilities-
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and internship letters.
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new interns/employees.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities, events, and workshops.
- Support HR in day-to-day tasks such as attendance tracking, documentation, and compliance.
- Coordinate with colleges and institutions for internship drives and recruitment activities.
- Research and suggest improvements in HR policies and processes.
Requirements-
- Fresh graduates / final-year students (BBA, MBA – HR, B.Com, BA, or equivalent).
- Strong interest in HR and people management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.

Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
