Brickfolio is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students who want to gain hands-on exposure in core HR functions and corporate working culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Support HR operations and documentation
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives
• Help with onboarding and HR compliance tasks

Who Can Apply:

• MBA/PGDM (HR) students or fresh graduates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Internship Details:

Location: Pune
Duration: 3–6 months
Internship Certificate & Practical Exposure
Opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
