About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to support our HR and operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, documentation, onboarding, and employee engagement. You’ll get the opportunity to learn practical HR management while working closely with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment — posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Prepare and manage employee documentation such as offer letters, NDAs, and joining forms.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR trackers.
• Support performance review coordination and appraisal documentation.
• Assist with HR policy updates and compliance documentation.
• Handle day-to-day HR queries and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
