Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Intern who is eager to learn practical HR operations. This internship is ideal for MBA graduates or students pursuing MBA/HR who want hands-on exposure in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records and HR files
  • Support onboarding and induction processes
  • Assist in attendance and leave tracking
  • Help with basic HR documentation and reports
  • Coordinate with team members for daily HR tasks

Eligibility:

  • MBA graduate or MBA student (HR specialization preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and take responsibility
