As a fast-growing EdTech company, we are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our people operations and recruitment efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to hiring, HR operations, and culture-building in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end hiring across roles (sourcing, screening, interview scheduling)
  • Manage and update candidate pipelines using ATS
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement
  • Help execute HR initiatives such as team events, culture activities, and surveys
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and people operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proficient in Google Workspace; ATS familiarity is a plus
