Job Title: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (Remote)

Location: Remote
Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: ₹6,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition and Onboarding functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR operations while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support employer branding and job posting activities

Onboarding

• Assist in preparing and sharing offer letters and onboarding documents
• Coordinate with new hires for document collection and verification
• Support onboarding communication and induction schedules
• Ensure smooth joining formalities and maintain employee records

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and email communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
