Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our Human Resources and Administrative departments. You will assist in talent acquisition, employee documentation, and streamlining office workflows to ensure a productive environment at Passion3DWorld.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews across various departments.
  • Employee Onboarding: Help prepare onboarding kits, coordinate orientation sessions, and ensure new hires have the necessary resources.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update digital employee records, ensuring data privacy and accuracy within our HRIS or internal filing systems.
  • Administrative Operations: Support day-to-day office management tasks, including coordinating internal meetings and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, or a related Liberal Arts field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can work both independently and collaboratively.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
