Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to HR processes within a fast-paced IT and software development environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • The HR Intern will assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation support.
  • Help maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and internal trackers.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and internal events.
  • Support HR policies, compliance documentation, and basic reporting tasks.
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks and provide support to the HR team as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
